Dear Parents,

She also received Subject Dux: History Revolutions (46) Food Science subject score of 44, St. Mary of the Cross Award and a Leadership Award. Our heartiest congratulations to Vivian and best wishes to her on her studies at the University of Melbourne this year.

Last week we were able to begin again Monday morning assemblies, gathering as a whole school to sing the National Anthem and have our School Captains raise the Australian flag.
Also during this time we do the St. Margaret Mary’s‘ Value awards’ acknowledging those children who have demonstrated the school values in their day-to-day school life.
As of next week, beginning Tuesday 15th March, the double gates in Arras Street will open again to allow parents back on the school yard of a Morning. Weather permitting, we will be handing out the leadership badges to our school captains and SRC candidates following the flag raising ceremony at 8.45. We look forward to seeing our community onsite once again.
Regards,
Andrea Richards

We have recently launched the Shane Warne Sports Star Academies at each campus. We had more than 30 young people at the St Paul’s academy and just under 60 at the Notre Dame Academy. These academies are open to boys and girls and more information can be found at www.sportsstaracademy.com
Our first group of Year 7s from Notre Dame Campus have headed off for camp this week, with the second NDC group and the St Paul’s group heading off in coming weeks. Camp is a great way for the students to make new friends, get to know their teachers and try some new activities as they commence their secondary school journey.
